In the kitchen: Chai tea masala

ladies ladies forget buying all those masalas at home and just make this yo'self. i know you don't have a lot of time and your super busy and all that, but seriously dude this takes like um 15 mins. plus if you like indian chai tea, you can always have this on hand to add some spice to your tea.

5 cardamon pods (sans skin)
2 cinnamon sticks (short ones that are a bit flexible)
3 cloves
pinch of fresh pepper
ginger (yack, hate this stuff but feel free to add away)

1. roast all the ingredients together in a pan until there is a nice aroma. should only take about 5 mins. make sure you stir so nothing gets burnt

2. take out'a the pan and once everything cools down, place in a grinder/blender and grind to a fine powder. you can keep this in a tight jar for a few months.
